Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms, though in need of renovation, were placed in the garden surrounded by palm trees, offering plenty of shade which was perfect during the hot days. The service was exceptional, with staff bending over backwards to assist when we had concerns about the food. The location, while great with frequent buses to Heraklion, didn't quite match the room quality. The dining was mixed, with some enjoyable food but nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms, although on the small side for this type of resort, were very clean and simple. The atmosphere in the garden, surrounded by palm trees, was perfect for those hot days, providing plenty of shade. The service was top-notch, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, stores, and the beach, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the hotel's private beach. The dining experience was satisfying with a good variety of options. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
